Facility Rental

The museum is the ideal place to host your next private or corporate event and provides a unique setting your guests are sure to remember.

We provide a whimsical and fun environment for an array of private and corporate events. The entire museum facility – both floors, including classrooms, Auditorium, promenade, Castle of Dreams and all galleries – may be rented for your next special event, meeting or conference.

We offer the following spaces to host your next event:

Auditorium

Our 200-seat auditorium, which has stadium-style seating, can be reconfigured for events with conference or banquet style tables. This 2,500 square-foot room has a stage, theatrical lighting and a/v capabilities which include: an on-site audio visual technician, 10 foot drop down screen, wireless keyboard/mouse, DVD/VHS, and a CD player with a sound system.

Microphones available for set up include 1 podium with a microphone and Seinheiser microphones include 1 wireless, 1 lavaliere (lapel), and 2 corded microphones (placed on stands or tabletop).

Also available for rental: LCD projector for presentations and portable screen to be used in our classrooms or tech center.

Additional Information

Our exhibit galleries, auditorium, and other spaces are equipped with elevator, ramps, flexible seating, and entrances that ensure accessibility for visitors. Exhibit videos include color-coded open captioning in English and Spanish to meet the needs of the hearing impaired.

Public signage throughout the facility contains Braille and large print, following American Association of Museums guidelines for maximum visibility for sight-impaired visitors.
