Pirate Island returns to Miami Children’s Museum on Saturday, October 27, 2018! Join us as a fantasy world of pirate adventures come to life with games, stories, shows and even live pirates! The centerpiece of the exhibit is a pirate ship where you can explore, blast air cannons and walk to the plank. Visit our pirate academy and learn how to tie knots, handle ropes, speak like a pirate, dress up and even choose a pirate name for yourself! Everyone gets a map that leads to a treasure. Batton down the hatches and get ready to set sail, matey!
Miami Children’s Museum offers bilingual and interactive exhibits; programs and classes and learning materials related to arts, culture, community and communication. They have 17 interactive galleries as well as housing many exciting and fun traveling exhibits. Miami Children’s Museum is dedicated to enriching the lives of all children by fostering a love of learning through play and enabling children to realize their highest potential.
